 Chef Aldo has been in the Houston area since the 1980s, after cooking all over Europe and in New York City, and he has a  reputation as a world-class, quality-focused chef.  His creativity results in excellently crafted Italian cuisine full of fresh ingredients and traditional flavor. 

Chef now has a highly praised restaurant in The Woodlands, in Shenandoah, Texas.  It is  Aldos Cucina Italiana, where he cooks daily. 

A master in the kitchen, Aldo uses the finest and freshest ingredients to create culinary delights.  When you visit, ask to meet him.  He is charming, insightful and wonderful person.
