Chilean Sea Bass, grilled, with lump crabmeat and shrimp, in a saffron citrus sauce

Filet and Lobster Tail with couscous and a cognac reduction

Mixto a la Griglia, a combination Veal, Lamb, and Filet, with risotto milanese

Grilled Chicken Paillard with sauteed spinach, mushrooms, and green beans
